Boot Camp Circuits

Burn fat, build strength, and boost your mood with our energising 1-hour outdoor class. It combines functional equipment and bodyweight exercises. It’s high-tempo and full-on fun! The session is followed by a sauna and cold plunge to aid recovery, so remember to bring your swimwear and a towel.

Sunday Mini Retreat

Treat yourself, body and mind to am mini Sunday retreat. Lydia will guide you through a slow flow yoga session followed by 15 minutes of light meditation. You will then have 1 hour free time to unwind and relax in our wood-fired saunas and cold plunge pools.

Slow Flow Yoga

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, our Slow Flow Yoga class offers a calming blend of movement and mindfulness to relax both body and mind. Held under our stretch tent or in the garden—weather permitting—it’s the perfect way to unwind. Mats, bricks, and blocks are all provided.
