Our Polzeath Wild Spa offers a range of outdoor classes and workshops to promote a healthy lifestyle. You can also relax, recharge, and refresh in one of our two secret spa areas – each featuring a wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge. These exclusive spaces are available for private or communal bookings.

Review by my wife, Michelle - my friend and I originally booked to go Polzeath sauna but on the day bad weather prevented us from getting across on the ferry. I contacted them by email and frankly didn’t expect a response in time but received a call shortly afterwards and were allowed to move it to Harlyn Bay. Super efficient and helpful! It was a wet and stormy day with hardly a soul around but this enhanced the experience. It was amazing to run down to the sea and come back to the lovely hot sauna with breathtaking views. The only thing I would do differently next time would be to book a double session instead as one wasn’t enough. Loved it - highly recommend!

Wonderful experience at the Harlyn sauna, was great to heat right up looking out at the gorgeous view, then straight into the ocean to cool off! We really enjoyed our trip to the sauna, alternating between the delicious heat and plunging into the cool sea. The host was charming, the sauna scrupulously clean and the view, framed by a picture window in the sauna cabin, was stunning. We’ll definitely return

Had a fantastic experience, the first time we did Baby Bay at Polzeath and were blown away by the experience - amazing sauna, location outstanding and hospitality was wonderful.  We then went to Harlyn on New Years Eve and had exactly the same.  Thank you and we will be back in March.
