Boot Camp Circuits
Burn fat, build strength, and boost your mood with our energising 1-hour outdoor class. It combines functional equipment and bodyweight exercises. It’s high-tempo and full-on fun! The session is followed by a sauna and cold plunge to aid recovery, so remember to bring your swimwear and a towel.

Strengthen and Align
Pilates
A gentle and welcoming introduction to Pilates, focused on toning, aligning, and stretching the body to improve strength and flexibility. Sessions take place either under our spacious stretch tent or out in the peaceful garden, depending on the weather, offering a calm, open-air environment to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Slow Flow Yoga
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, our Slow Flow Yoga class offers a calming blend of movement and mindfulness to relax both body and mind. Held under our stretch tent or in the garden—weather permitting—it’s the perfect way to unwind. Mats, bricks, and blocks are all provided.
