Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session to change or swim beforehand and maximise your time in the sauna.

Please bring minimal personal belongings with you. Suitable swimwear, a towel to sit on and water are essentials. Footwear for the beach is a good idea too.

There is a small changing space at each location, but we advise you to come dressed appropriately and ready for your sauna session. We also advise removing or not wearing jewellery for your session.

We do not offer a designated secure area for you to store your belongings, so please bring the basics. Any belongings left in the changing area are done so at your own risk.

Our sauna sessions are available to anyone over the age of 13. Under 16’s using the sauna must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have any underlying health issues, please seek medical advice before making your booking, this also applies to those that are pregnant.

We encourage you to stay hydrated throughout the experience by drinking water between breaks. Our staff member will brief you on using the sauna correctly prior to your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please email info@saunasbythesea.co.uk with your booking details, we will do our best to reschedule your session at the earliest opportunity.

If there is a reason that we cancel a booking, you will be notified by email/mobile and refunded.

Cancellations will only be refunded if 48hrs notice is given. If you do not turn up to your booked session, you will not be refunded. Please note, that our staff member will refuse admission to those that are deemed a health and safety risk, this also applies to those that may be intoxicated. We will not refund those refused admission.

Bookings can only be placed online via the website; we will not accept bookings made via social media.
